Micro Dicer

The Micro Dicer is a frozen block dicing machine.

Uses an innovative step cutting process to produce a diamond shaped diced product.

CHARACTERISTICS
  • Dice sizes from 2mm to 10mm
  • Products include beef, pork, poultry and cheese.
  • No pressure is applied to the product, minimizing temperature increases.
  • The meat products are cut and have uniform particle size.
  • The sizes of the diamond shaped diced product can be changed.
  • Natural juices are retained and flavor is improved.
  • Production up to 6000 lbs hr.
  • Handles 60 lb tempered blocks.
