To operate the Pound-O-Matic is very easy. The results will meet the requirements of the most demanding chef. One operator can produce over 500 pieces per hour. The cutlet to be flattened is placed on the plastic plate. The plate is then positioned under the pressing platen. |
The two start buttons must be pressed at the same time, then the hydraulic cylinder is actuated and the cutlet is formed. Only one person is to operate the Pound-O-Matic. The plate is then pulled forward and the product is removed. Another cutlet is then placed on the plate and the process begins again.
No tools are required to change the thickness of the cutlet. The hydraulic pump only operates when the two start buttons are pressed at the same time and held. If either button is released the pump will stop and the pressing plate will retract.
