Con-vey Cuber

The Bridge Con-Vey Cuber Tenderizer has been designed to allow for the inline tenderizing giving you maximum production efficiency at minimum labor costs for either solid portions or formed patties. The depth of cut is adjustable allowing you to produce lightly scored to deep cut product to suit your needs.

Formed Product
Three (3) different tenderizing options are available for formed products.

  • Standard cut formed portions on both the top and the bottom to improve the products appearance. For breaded products the standard cut allows for a better hold of the batter and breading.
  • Stretch cutting formed portions on both top and bottom will elongate the portion, as the name implies. Stretch cutting is used for cooking operations where shape is important.
  • Perforator cut the formed portion on both top and bottom will decrease cooking time by 20 to 25%. The perforator cut is achieved by using larger width blades that are blunt on the edge.
