The 3APC is a special high-speed unit designed to form, score and discharge patties at an approximate rate of 6,000 pieces per hour in a single row onto customer's conveyor line. (Same as Model 3AP less paper interleaver and counter-stacker takeaway conveyor with the addition of a 1 1/2 HP motor in lieu of the 1 HP motor). The 3APC forms fluffy "home style" patties with a continuous rotary motion, propellers turn slowly within the hopper to gently meter ground meat into shape. This minimized pressure retains more of the original meat juices in the patties. Precise portion control - obtain precise portion control by dialing desired thickness of patty. Thickness of any patty produced on the 3APC is infinitely adjustable between 3/16" and 3/4" and as thickness increases, so does the diameter, a result of the pick or scoring action. |
The 3APC automatically scores and tenderizes. Tiny picks gently pierce each patty. This scoring benefits the patty with a faster cook time at lower temperatures. Heat penetrates the scoring for a juicy, evenly cooked patty, reducing the possibility of burnt edges caused by cupping of the patty on the grill.
The 3APC forms the patty and drops it onto existing conveyor for single row applications.
