The 4ACS is a high speed food shaping machine that meters and shapes various products into meatballs or various shaped patties. Products such as hamburgers, chopettes, croquettes, potato patties, fish cakes, pork patties, chicken patties, veal and lamb patties can be portion controlled and formed into oval, square, rectangular or meatball shapes. The 4ACS has high speed production; up to 10,000 patties or 129,000 meatballs per hour depending on product size and composition. Portion weight can be changed by a fingertip adjustment of product thickness between 1/4" minimum and 1" maximum. |
The product can be fed into the optional 200 Lb. automatic hopper. The automatic hopper is separately driven by a vari-speed motor that can be adjusted to maintain constant flow of product to the final feed hopper.
The machine comes assembled on casters for ease of movement into desired location. Two of the casters can be locked to prevent further movement. All food contact parts are of approved stainless steel or white Tombasil material. Contact parts can be removed for cleaning without tools.
