The Rotary Portion Former is a versatile forming and shaping machine engineered specifically to handle seafood products. Geared to handle all sizes and shapes; round, square, oval, bite size or interchangeable dies can be designed and engineered to fit your specific needs. Complete automation adds plus profits by reducing labor cost and increasing production output. The Rotary Portion Former has a variable feed roller assembly which enables you to adjust the amount of product fed to the cavities in the die plate assembly, which results in more positive filling.
Stainless Steel Construction and sanitary design. The Motor Drive bed plate and bed plate framework, which is 3" square welded steel tubing is galvanized. Covers and guards fabricated of stainless steel. All motors and controls are watertight, totally enclosed and completely wired.
Both the speeds of the stainless steel rotary drum and the stainless steel feed rollers are variable and independently driven.
