Bridge Food Moulders | Accupat Food Shapers Accuform Food Former | Bridge Rotary Portion Former Models: Model C-150 | Model C-240 | Model I-480 Food Moulder, Model C-150 The C-150 Food Moulder is a multiple cavity patty forming machine, capable of producing up to 14,400 patties per hour. Product is placed in the large self-feeding hopper. Rotating agitators and paddles distribute the product evenly across the hopper. The mould plate assembly retracts to the filling position. The product is then fed into the cavity of the mould plate, through individual cavities in the bottom of the hopper. The shutter moves forward sealing the portions into individual patties and the mould plate moves forward where the knock out cups discharge the patties on to a continuously moving wire belt. Patties can be automatically transferred to other equipment for further processing. Battering and breading, cooking and freezing become continuous operations with no additional handling of the patties. The patties can be scored automatically on our optional scoring attachment. Available with standard, stretch or perforator blades.
