Accupat Model DA

The DA Series Food Shapers are designed to form up to 3,000 patties or 9,000 meatballs per hour in various weights and shapes.

The Model DA provides precise portion control of hamburger, meatballs, croquettes, fish cakes, butter, cheese and certain cookie and pie dough.

The Model DA makes fluffy "home-style" patties, gently formed to preserve natural flavor of product. Reduced food costs because the Model DA has finger-tip portion control and adjusts from 1/4" to 1" for consistent control of shape and weight.

The Model DA is easy to clean and food contact parts can be disassembled without tools.

The prepared food mixture is deposited into the hopper. Rotating propellers flow the product gently into the turntable pockets to be formed into the shape and weight you want. The pockets forming the portions are regulated in depth for weight adjustment by turning an adjustment knob. The pistons gently lift the formed patty to the top of the turntable. The Model DA has a revolving spatula that lifts the patty and spins it onto a conveyor or tray provided by customer.
